With access to a Smart TV to display your slide show, tune in to a special event or run your workshop, if your event has a different purpose than a party then we have all you need to make it what you imagined. With Starlink onboard, ability to charge your devices and connectivity wherever you are on the harbour we can meet the most professional presentation requirements.

What to bring:

Food

We have all the cutlery, plates, platters and glassware. You just need to bring the food. We have a catering package available and we also have a BBQ on the back deck. The captain will cook your BBQ, once we are at anchor.

Beverage

We have large cool boxes to store your drinks. We recommend carrying your drinks in their original packaging, or in soft bags. We prefer no hard eskies on board.

We will cruise for up to an hour before finding an anchorage in a protected bay where you can enjoy time at anchor while we cook your BBQ or serve your food.

MUSIC

We have a six speaker system on board, all run through an iPad Pro with Tidal / Spotify / Soundcloud. We have endless music, however happy for you to take over. Remember to make your playlist public. Otherwise we’re happy for you to join a jam and control the playlist.

Wharf Bookings

These can be different wharves if you prefer.

Our preferences are: North Side - Mosman Bay Ferry Wharf East Side - Rose Bay Wharf City - King Street Wharf, Casino wharf or Yeend St.

We can pick up at almost every wharf in Sydney Harbour, however some are dependant on weather. Manly is excluded with this vessel. Last minute changes cannot be accommodated.

Everything that comes onboard must leave with you at your departure.

Highlights

Uniquely DECKHOUSE has 2 spacious levels for your comfort however you have the capacity to all be together on one level at the same. Many vessels on the harbour have capacity restrictions per deck.

Use of bedrooms and shower is reserved for overnight charters only. Should they be accessed without permission the overnight rate will be charged from your bond and may result in termination of your charter

Please note high heels and dark soled shoes will need to be removed due to risk of damage.

Red wine is excluded from this vessel.

Smoking is only permitted on the AFT deck when on anchor, not allowed when vessel is underway.

Swimming not permitted after dark.

Sunscreen, swimmers, towels, adequate food for predicted drink consumption, hat.

Boat-specific Terms & Conditions

Use of bedrooms and shower is reserved for overnight charters only, except for weddings booked on the Bespoke Wedding Package, where supervised access to bedrooms and bathroom/shower for getting ready is permitted during pre-access and while at anchor.

Bucks party’s must pre-arrange and have entertainment approved by operator or will be declined boarding.

Qantas Points Terms & Conditions

You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn and use Qantas Points. A joining fee may apply.

*Earn points: To earn Qantas Points you must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member. Members will earn 2 Qantas Points per A$1 spent on Australian boat bookings, day charters, boat charters and transfers on Ahoy Club, Ahoy Days and Floatspace. Members will earn 1 Qantas Point per A$1 equivalent spent on international boat bookings, day charters, boat charters and transfers with Ahoy Club, Ahoy Days and Floatspace. Members will also earn Qantas Points (at the same respective rates) on food and beverage packages added to all bookings. For term (multi-day) charters, no Qantas Points are earned on the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), security deposit, taxes (including GST and VAT) or relocation charges, including any added when a booking is amended, and these amounts are excluded from the total used to calculate points. For eligible bookings paid in foreign currency, Qantas Points are calculated based on the eligible booking price converted to Australian dollars using the exchange rate determined by Ahoy Club at the time of payment. Any Qantas Points displayed during the booking process are estimates only and are calculated using the exchange rate at the date of booking. To earn Qantas Points, a member must add their Qantas Frequent Flyer details to their booking at time of booking. Members won’t earn points if a booking is cancelled prior to departure. If a booking is amended, points will be awarded based on the final eligible value of the transaction.

Use points: To use Qantas Points on a booking, members must use a minimum of 4,000 Qantas Points and book the charter via Ahoy Club, Ahoy Days or Floatspace. You must provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer number at the point of booking. Alternatively, if you are making a booking over the phone after providing the Ahoy booking agent your Qantas Frequent Flyer number and surname. You will then be prompted to select how many Qantas Points you would like to use by clicking on the Qantas Frequent Flyer card in the Qantas App. A member can choose to use Qantas Points to cover the entire value of a booking product or, choose to use a portion of Qantas Points via Points Plus Pay, where the remaining balance can be paid using an accepted form of payment. Members who want to use Qantas Points to cover some or all of their booking total and want to pay a deposit when booking more than 45 days in advance, need to contact Ahoy Club. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions.
