It lies to the west of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, between Milsons Point and McMahons Point and has expansive views of central Sydney Harbour. This wharf is centrally located, so a quick boat ride to many places around the harbour.

Bars and Restaurants: The closest to the wharf would be the Kirribilli Club, 11 Harbourview Cres, Lavender Bay NSW 2060, which is a stylish upmarket bistro with a cocktail bar. Sails Restaurant on Lavender Bay is an airy harbourside dining room on McMahons Point, just around the corner from the Lavender Bay Wharf.

Landmarks for reference: Just across from the wharf in Clark Park is Wendy Whiteley's Secret Garden - a local artists romantic oasis, open to the public.
