Cancellation Policy
By the Charterer

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 45 days of the charter date are non-refundable.

At the Operator’s sole discretion, food and beverage costs may be refunded, or a date change credit may be offered.
By the Operator
If the Operator cancels a confirmed booking, the following terms apply:

More than 45 days prior to the charter: A full refund of all monies received will be provided to the Charterer.

Within 45 days of the charter: The Operator, together with the Broker, will use best endeavours to source a suitable substitute yacht. If no substitute can be found, a full refund will be issued to the Charterer.

In the event of a refund, the BoatBooked platform fee and the full Broker fee will be payable by the Operator, unless a suitable substitute yacht is provided and accepted by the client.
Force Majeure
In the event of a verified Force Majeure incident (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, or government-imposed restrictions), a full refund will be issued to the Charterer, less the BoatBooked platform fee.
