Important Terms and Conditions for Boat Rental and Private Boat Tour

1.      Handover of the Chartered Boat
The Owner guarantees that the Boat is well-equipped, compliant with navigation laws, in perfect operating condition and cleanliness, and equipped with all necessary navigation and safety tools. The Charterer must use the Boat and its accessories properly and is responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests.

2.      No Smoking on the Boat
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Boat.

3.      Minor Damages
Any minor damage that does not compromise the primary service (e.g., the continuation of a daily tour) will not affect the terms of the contract, including the price.

4.      Number of Guests on Board
The maximum number of guests is agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional guests beyond the agreed number or exceeding the maximum allowed capacity will not be accepted.

5.      Sub-Renting
Sub-renting or transferring the rental to third parties is strictly prohibited.

6.      Shoes and Bathroom Usage
Shoes are not allowed on the Boat. Additionally, please do not dispose of paper or other materials in the toilet; use the designated bins.

7.      Sunscreen
The use of sunscreens that could stain the Boat’s upholstery is prohibited.

8.      Boat Interior Environment
Entering the cabins while wet, salty, or sandy is prohibited.

9.      Damages
The Charterer is responsible for any damage caused to the Boat, its accessories, the tender, or any water toys.

10.    Water Toys
If provided (possibly at an extra cost), the Charterer must adhere to usage rules and accept full responsibility for their use. The Owner is absolved of any liability for accidents or damage resulting from their use.

Provisions
The provisions, including snacks, soft drinks, local beer, wine, and water, are included in the rental price. The Charterer is free to consume anything they desire on board but is encouraged to avoid waste out of respect for the environment and sustainability. At the end of the rental, any unused items must remain on board and cannot be taken away for legal reaso

We'll explore Capri's renowned coastal features, including:

·       Blue Grotto – Capri’s most famous sea cave, where sunlight creates a magical blue glow inside. Entry is weather-dependent and requires a separate ticket.

·       Cala del Rio – A hidden gem on the western coast of Capri, this secluded cove offers crystal-clear waters and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a swim away from the crowds.

·       Punta Carena Lighthouse – One of Italy’s most powerful lighthouses, perched on dramatic cliffs. A great spot to admire stunning coastal views.

·       Green Grotto – A mesmerizing sea cave with vibrant emerald waters, Sunlight filtering through the water creates a dazzling natural effect.

·       Marina Piccola – A charming bay on the southern side of Capri, sheltered from the wind, making it a perfect place for swimming and sunbathing with a breathtaking view of the Faraglioni.

·       Faraglioni Rocks – Capri’s iconic rock formations rising from the sea. Sailing around the "arch of love" in the middle rock is a must for an unforgettable moment.

·       Natural Arch – A spectacular prehistoric rock formation, shaped by nature over thousands of years, offering breathtaking views from the sea.

·       White Grotto – A stunning cave with white rock formations and stalactites, creating a surreal landscape against the deep blue sea.

·       Villa Malaparte – A striking modernist villa built on a secluded cliff, famously featured in films and admired for its unique architecture and dramatic setting overlooking the Mediterranean.

12:30 PM – 4:45 PM – Cruise Along the Amalfi Coast

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM – Swim Stop in Nerano We'll continue along the stunning Amalfi Coast, pausing in the picturesque bay of Nerano for a refreshing swim.​

1:30 PM - 3:00 PM – Lunch in Nerano For lunch, I recommend La Conca del Sogno, a spectacular seaside restaurant renowned for its fresh seafood and Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant offers complimentary docking for our boat, providing a seamless dining experience.​

3:00 PM - 4:45 PM – Cruise Past Positano and Li Galli Islands After lunch, we'll sail past the charming town of Positano and the legendary Li Galli Islands. If you wish, we can arrange a stop in Positano for a brief visit. Please note that docking in Positano incurs a port fee of €150.​

5:00 PM - 5:45 PM – Scenic Coastal Cruise Passing Sorrento Relax onboard as we cruise along the beautiful coastline, passing by Sorrento and taking in the breathtaking scenery.​

6:00 PM – Return to Capri
