Tesoro T40 Outboard — Style, Space & Performance for the Perfect Day at Sea
The Tesoro T40 Outboard is a sophisticated 12.36-metre day yacht that combines contemporary Mediterranean styling, impressive performance and generous outdoor living spaces. Designed for guests who want to spend the day enjoying the sea in comfort and style, she is perfectly suited to private day cruises, island hopping, swimming excursions and relaxed coastal exploration. With capacity for up to 10 guests, the T40 offers an inviting and sociable environment for families and groups of friends looking to experience an unforgettable day on the water.
One of the defining features of the Tesoro T40 is her exceptionally well-designed outdoor layout. The spacious stern area can be transformed into a large sunbed, creating an ideal place to stretch out and relax while at anchor. A generous dinette table provides a comfortable setting for drinks, snacks or a leisurely lunch on board, allowing guests to enjoy the surroundings without leaving the yacht. The integrated roof pillars have been designed to maximise usable deck space while providing additional stability and creating a clean, modern profile.
At the bow, a large lounging area provides another private space for sunbathing and enjoying uninterrupted views of the sea. The photographs throughout the brochure highlight the yacht's open layout, wide deck areas and multiple relaxation zones, allowing guests to choose between enjoying the sunshine or relaxing beneath the hardtop. The combination of generous seating and sunbathing areas makes the T40 particularly attractive for long summer days spent moving between beaches and secluded bays.
The extended swim platform is another standout feature of the T40. Designed to make access to the water effortless, it creates a natural connection between the yacht and the sea. Guests can easily step down for a swim, snorkel around a quiet bay or simply relax at the water's edge. The brochure imagery also shows how substantial the stern platform becomes when fully opened, creating an impressive waterside area around the twin outboard engines.
Performance complements the T40's relaxed character. Powered by two 350 HP Mercury outboard engines, she cruises at approximately 25 knots and can reach a top speed of 38 knots. This gives her the speed and flexibility needed for island-hopping itineraries, allowing guests to visit several destinations during the same charter while still having plenty of time to swim, relax and enjoy each stop. The yacht has a 3.65-metre beam and a listed fuel consumption of approximately 110 litres per hour.
On deck, the Tesoro T40 provides a thoughtful selection of amenities designed to make a full day at sea comfortable and convenient. Equipment includes teak cockpit and deck areas, refrigerator, plotter, underwater lights, electric toilet, cockpit speakers, swim ladder, cockpit cover, bimini top, opening side panels and swim platform. These features complement the yacht's open-air design and make it equally enjoyable while cruising or spending several hours at anchor.
For guests who want to enjoy more than sunbathing and swimming, snorkeling equipment is included for daily charters. A Seabob and SUP can also be arranged for an additional rental fee upon request, providing even more ways to explore and enjoy the water during the day.
Below deck, the Tesoro T40 features a bright and contemporary interior with two cabins configured as one Master and one Twin. The brochure photographs show a warm, modern interior finished in light wood tones, with comfortable sleeping areas and a bathroom with shower facilities. For charter purposes, however, the brochure specifies no onboard guest accommodation, with the two cabins designated for crew use during long-term charters.
Built in 2022, the Tesoro T40 Outboard is an excellent choice for guests looking for a modern day yacht where outdoor living, easy access to the sea and exciting performance come together in one stylish package. Whether cruising between islands at speed, enjoying lunch on deck, sunbathing at the bow or stern, or spending the afternoon swimming in crystal-clear waters, the T40 provides a versatile and elegant setting for a memorable day at sea.
